WHY WAIT MENTORING

OUR PROGRAMMES

Understanding Our Clients

Our mentors provide direct knowledge and profound insight to our work with our young adults which sets us apart as the best in the field. Our extensive personal experiences of conquering comparable obstacles not only allow us to understand the industry, but allow us to get to know our young people personally.  Our first-hand experiences have enabled us to create unique programmes that provide specialised support, ensuring that our mentees have the tools to overcome challenges and create a brighter future.

Our Ethos

Building Lasting Relationships

The 'Why Wait' mentoring programme offers comprehensive support and guidance tailored to young people of all learning styles. We provide personalised mentorship and robust resources for individuals aged 14-25. Our programme addresses topics such as offending behaviours, safeguarding criminal and sexual exploitation, independent living for care-experienced youth, substance misuse, and healthy relationships. We engage participants through diverse activities, including guest lectures and community-based events.
